 Our Mission:

To offer best practices in the delivery of customized educational courses, workshops, seminars, and retreats for churches, civic and professional organizations, associations, businesses, social service agencies, government agencies, jails, prisons, and other groups.

philosophy

Our blueprint for success is to provide every participant with the necessary tools, understanding, and resources to communicate effectively, achieve success, and contribute to a more just and equitable society. We develop world-class training and provide exceptional, compassionate services to a diverse pool of clients.

The outcome of the workshop is a transformational understanding of race in America (both past and present) and a deeply rewarding understanding of cultural intergenerational trauma and the resultant adaptive behaviors. After receiving this intellectually honest understanding of race in America, participants are prepared to be effective change agents.

practice

Our curriculum is based on 32 years of the evidence-based research, teachings, and writings of Howard Denson, a Harvard M.B.A. and creator of the Transformational Agenda Retreat and publisher of The Transformational Agenda Magazine and St. Louis Black Pages Business Directory.
